3. Business Implementation
Task-forces are constituted and implementation starts with actions being executed according to plan. A PMO-like structure is put in place to manage execution and solve constraints. Short-interval-control is used to assess execution. Performance evolution is measured weekly and compared to objectives
4. Sustainability
Once solutions are implemented and stabilized, consultants reinforce training and coaching of people on the ground to assure appropriation of the new practices and results achieved. Task-force managers assume leadership while consultants start phaseout
